Website Agreement via Website Proposal for Green Spring HOA:

• Website maintenance was agreed to quarterly updates

Providing quarterly updates the last week of the month: December, March, June, September (due on the last day of the month, ready for republication for the 1st day of following month.  


example:  January's update will be drafted and reviewed the last week of December and ready to publish for the 1st of January.


• Any requests for changes can be sent to greenspringssocial@gmail.com
• Updates requested outside the agreement can result in additional charges (See page 4 of Web Site Proposal for a list of fees and charges)
• Updates requested outside the agreement can take 7-14 days for completion.
• Updates made without additional charges or fees are not subject to the 7-14 day window.
• Agreement reviewed annually in November prior to Annual HOA Meeting.
