Monthly Community Services Association Meeting

Once known as the The Island Green GeneraI Council of Homeowner Associations is an established a voluntary cooperative subscribed to by Homeowner Associations located within the Island Green Community at Myrtle Beach, SC.  

Island Green is a community built over 40+ years ago.  It has one entrance coming off of Freewoods Road onto Sunnehanna Drive which serves as the main road through a community of 1200+ established single-family homes and condos.  

Now known as the The Island Green Community Services Association, the committee of community leaders from each of the 25+ HOAs who manage and maintain a general council of the all HOAs within out community.  

Mission Statement: 

To provide for the safety and security of Island Green owners′ residents and property, and address issues of a common nature for the benefit’Welfare and improvement of the Island Green Community. 

Purpose ofThe Island Green CSA: 

The Island Green CSA represents subscribing Island Green Homeowner Associations, Serving in advisory, communications and functional capacities to assist the goIf course, builders and others in meeting the needs of the community for security in the lives, work and purposes. The GeneraI Council a communications link for these entities.  

The Island Green General Council is in the process of researching and evaluating options to continue providing a security presence for the Island Green community. 

They are asking for community leaders and residents to participate in this process and need suggestions, feedback and input.

All owners and residents in Island Green are invited to attend the Island Green CSA monthly meeting, which is regularly held on the 2nd Friday of every month. The meeting starts at 11:15AM at the Arms Wide Open Church. These monthly meetings are an opportunity to receive accurate & relevant information about our Community and to share your feedback & ideas on improving the quality of life for all residents of Island Green.

These monthly meetings are open to ALL RESIDENTS of Island Green. Attendance is encouraged. 

This committee takes off July & August every year.  Regular schedule will resume September.
